Need help preparing for an interview?

Over two 90 minute coaching sessions, we will get you fully prepared for your big job interview.

Your First coaching call

We will begin in our first session by working through the dos and don’ts of competency-based interview techniques, and talk through approaches to preparing for and succeeding in the interview.

These are lessons that will be tailored to the particular interview you are preparing for, and are skills that you can apply to future interviews - helping you long-term to better understand how to conquer your interview fears and perform in a way that showcases your best self.

Your Second coaching call

In the second session we will hold a practice interview (using the job description and competencies for the job you are soon to be interviewed for), and then discuss it.

This will give you a chance to put those new skills and approaches into practice, and then to review what worked and how to improve, so that you are ready for your interview.

Making interviews less stressful and more successful

Need to book urgently?

If you have an interview coming up, we know that you often don’t have much advance notice or time to prepare. You can schedule your Interview Preparation Package without an introductory call and both of the 90 minute coaching sessions can be booked in the same week.

Often clients book their second call just 24-48 hours after the first one, in the same week as their interview. This gives sufficient time to prepare and practice some new techniques, ensuring you are ready to perform at your best.

Of course, if you have more time, you can take a couple of weeks to integrate and practice before booking your second session - it’s up to you!

No interview yet but still want to prepare?

And for those who don’t have a specific job interview coming up but want to brush up their skills and get ready for future interviews? This process works well for you too!

We take some of the job advertisements for the typical jobs you are applying for, and help you to identify and practice the kinds of questions you are likely to need to be on top of. The techniques we use are useful to apply for a range of situations, and help you to approach competency-based interviews with confidence and ease.

Learning skills you can apply throughout your career

Your investment

Improving your interview skills is an investment in getting the job you want. Of course, there’s no guarantee you will get the job, but we will work hard together to give you the best chance possible! This is a significant investment in learning a new way of approaching what is a big stress for most people.

The Interview Preparation Package is 495 CHF for two 90 minute sessions.

Payment is made online, via Paypal or Stripe. You can pay with all major credit cards.
You can pay all upfront or spread over two payments (the first upon booking and the second paid 7 days later)

calls

All our calls are held on Zoom, an easy to use video platform service. No need to download software, you can access Zoom from your browser.

You will be sent the link to the Zoom meeting with your booking confirmation.

Calls will be recorded and stored on a secure encrypted online platform, so if you want to review and re-listen, you can request a copy of the recording to use for your preparation. Your call is 100% confidential, and we won’t share with anyone and ask you to do the same.

I work with those who want to change the world, helping them to establish or deepen their careers in the international sector.

And I work with those who seek to change their worlds, to develop clarity, connection, and confidence.

One of the most important lessons I’ve ever learned is that in order to change the world we often need to change our worlds — in particular the way that we lead and manage our own lives and relationships. The work I’ve done with some of my own mentors, such as Randi Buckley (whose work on Healthy Boundaries for Kind People is life changing) and Tara Mohr (who does exceptional work on helping women learn about Playing Big) informs the work I do with clients in nurturing and developing their best selves.

The people I work with are those who unashamedly want to create a better world, for themselves and for others, a world where human rights and human dignity are respected, protected, and fulfilled.

Together, we figure out how to do this, and what information and resources are needed, whether that’s on a global scale or in their own personal lives.
