Want more clarity, connection, and confidence?

My name is Claire Mahon and I work with those wanting to develop clarity, connection, and confidence in their professional and personal lives, helping current, emerging, and aspiring leaders to develop their full potential.

I am passionate about helping inspiring people progress in their modern global careers and lives, particularly those who, like us, are working in international sectors such as global affairs, human rights, advocacy, international law and humanitarian aid.

I help clients with personal and professional development and growth, including empowering women, playing big and finding your true calling, setting healthy boundaries, as well as strategic career planning, life transitions, self-confidence and self-belief, leadership and organisational management.

I also work with clients who are job hunting or career transitioning. I provide guidance on understanding the job market and how to position yourself, re-thinking how to write cover letters, polishing CVs, refining online job applications (including through the UN’s Inspira), preparing for interviews, building a personal brand, re-framing dreaded networking, relationship building, and creating your own job. I have a great success rate for helping people get their foot in the door, and getting to the next stage of their careers.

Are you going through a period of transition, at home or at work?

Most of my clients are!
And if they’re not, they’re wondering if they should be.

For many, they’ve reached that point where they begin to look around at their career and life and wonder …

Is this it?
Is this what I was working so hard for?
Is it realistic to hope and dream for more?
How can I be proactive about what’s ahead?

Those are some of the questions we often work on together.
Together we build clarity, connection, and confidence as you work through your transitions and step into your next phase.

My clients are like you

My clients range in levels of experience and leadership …
from aspiring and emerging world-changers finishing university or undertaking internships, or those shifting careers or returning to the workplace after a career break, to high level UN experts or individual ‘thought leaders’, and managers and directors of non-profit and for-profit organisations.

Just like you.
